Board rules

These rules are disclosed to clarify the various responsibilities of all community members here on Echoes of Speranza. They shall be adhered to by everyone to ensure that our board runs smoothly and provides a fun and productive experience for all of our community members and visitors.

This is a place for open, respectful conversation, and to keep it that way, we ask everyone to follow a few important boundaries. Kindness and mutual respect are central to our community. Personal attacks, insults, or hate-filled language have no place here and will lead to moderation. We want this space to remain welcoming to all.

Keep discussions relevant and avoid spam, repeated posts, or self-promotion outside allowed sections. Advertising, soliciting services, or sharing pirated software, cheats, or illegal content is strictly forbidden.

Please respect everyone’s privacy. Do not share personal information such as addresses or private messages. Impersonation, sock puppets, or using multiple accounts to manipulate discussions or evade moderation are not allowed and will lead to disciplinary action.

As this is an all-ages space, sexually explicit or pornographic material—whether in text, links, or images—is entirely prohibited and will be removed without warning.

We encourage healthy debates, but trolling, flame-baiting, and harassment (even masked as jokes) will not be tolerated. Posts must be clear, coherent, and written in English. Avoid unreadable formatting, excessive capitalization, or confusing slang to ensure everyone can follow the conversation.

Illegal activities—like sharing malware, promoting hacking, or encouraging criminal behavior—are banned. Content violating laws, intellectual property, or others’ well-being will be removed and may result in a ban.

Moderators and admins help maintain these standards. If contacted to adjust your post or behavior, please cooperate. Rule violations may lead to warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans. If you see something concerning, use the report function rather than engaging directly.

Thanks for being part of our community and helping us keep it safe, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone.
